Amy is an 8 year veteran with AMA and began her career with Robert Half in San Francisco before moving to Charlotte, NC, in 2013 to help launch their marketing & creative practice. In 2019, she relocated to Miami to oversee the technology and marketing operations as the line between tech and marketing is blurring more now than ever!
The Creative Group specializes in freelance, project & direct hire staffing for marketing, creative & digital talent at all levels.
Amy lives in Miami with her husband and 2 dogs - Gilly and Ike.

Frank is a passionate marketer and acquired his brand building expertise with Procter & Gamble by leading global business & organization development for several iconic brands. His recent focus has been on helping companies building their brands through better consumer understanding and communication plans. This includes supporting business starts ups – one of them (Emmi-dent) he is now leading himself. Besides his AMA activities – Frank is mentoring senior business executives and as an active Rotary Member, he is organizing his hometown’s largest annual Run and Health Festival charity event.
